How We Work
To begin, we always offer a free thirty minute consultation via phone or video call. This is an opportunity to get to know a little about your family and the concerns you have, and provide initial guidance and signposting as appropriate. If there is a role for our service, then a time frame and detailed action plan will be agreed. We pride ourselves on regular communication and full transparency on the progress of every case.
Some things we can help with:
EHCP applications or reviews, and other educational concerns
Support and guidance in understanding a specific diagnosis
Coordinating with other professionals
Practical or behavioural challenges
Sourcing local support or other resources
These are just a few examples - we are happy to discuss ANY concern and try to find a solution including signposting to other services and charities where appropriate.
Fees
Before work commences an estimate will be provided for how long each case is expected to take, and the costs. We will always be transparent about any variations and will seek your agreement before further work is undertaken.
Most of our work is done remotely using Zoom consultations so distance is no issue. However if you are local to South West London we are always happy to make home visits.
